Terms and Conditions for Saldanha Guest House
1. No Animals Allowed
Pets and other animals are not permitted within the premises of Saldanha Guest Housel. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests.
2. Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 23:00 until 06:00. During this time, please refrain from loud noises, music, or any other activities that may disturb other guests.
3. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas of the Saldanha Guest Housel. Any violation of this rule may result in a cleaning fee and possible eviction without refund.
4. Self Check-In
We offer self check-in facilities for your convenience. Instructions for self check-in will be provided prior to your arrival.
5. Check-In Assistance
A person responsible will be available for assistance with check-ins during the week from 15:00 to 21:00. Please notify us in advance of your arrival time so we can assist you.
6. Check-Out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of your departure. Late check-outs may result in additional charges unless previously arranged with management.
7. Free Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises for your convenience. Login details will be provided upon arrival.
8. Public Parking
Public parking is available in front of the building.
However, Saldanha Guest House holds no responsibility for any damage, theft, or incidents involving vehicles parked in these spaces.
9. No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed at Saldanha Guest House. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
10. General Conduct
We ask that all guests behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the property. Any damage caused to the property may result in additional fees and/or legal action.
